Nar UK march at Pride London 2014!

Pride originally started out as a protest to commemorate the Stonewall Riots in the summer of 1969.  Since then it has grown into a celebration of LGBT culture the world over and in many places is still a protest.

LGBTQ members of the Cypriot, Turkish and Kurdish Communities invite you to join us in marching at Pride London on Saturday the 28th of June 2014. We shall be meeting at 12:30pm in Baker Street, and the march shall kick off at 1pm. Our group ID is GF12, so ask one of the pride helpers for our location when you arrive. We look forward to seeing you there!

We are a group representing lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer (LGBTQ) people with a cultural or ancestral affinity to Turkey or Northern Cyprus, i.e. members of Cypriot, Turkish and Kurdish communities  (henceforth referred to as “CTK”) in the United Kingdom.
